This watch is exceptionally attractive, with its stunning and uncommon sector dial, is arguably one of the most sought-after watches in recent memory. In isolation, a Longines watch with a flat bezel is already a rarity, but when paired with this exquisite sector dial, its rarity reaches unparalleled levels.

Sector dials have long been highly sought after by experienced collectors. Notably, Longines recently reintroduced a collection inspired by a similar model, which has significantly elevated the worth and desirability of the original pieces.

According to the Longines extract from the archives, the original serial number 5'593'xxx identifies a wristwatch in stainless steel bearing the reference 2326. It is fitted with a Longines manually wound mechanical movement, caliber 12.68Z. It was invoiced on 25 October 1938 to the company Ostersetzer, in Italy.

CONDITION

This watch is in overall great condition, the case is in honest and strong shape, the crown is unsigned and original, the dial has aged beautifully and has a very light even patina.
Fitted with a vintage stainless steel Gay Frères Bamboo bracelet.
The watch was just fully serviced and runs very strong.
