The 14k yellow gold case has been lightly polished in the past and remains in overall excellent condition, retaining full and symmetrical lugs that exhibit light signs of use. The yellow gold crown is most likely an early replacement and fits the watch's aesthetic perfectly. The screw-down case back is also in great condition, and features an engraving that reads "J.A. Menousek MC. U.S.N.R." The watch comes supplied on a vintage brown pigskin leather strap with gold-toned hardware.

DIAL & HANDS

The champagne military-style dial with radium Arabic numerals has an attractive vintage aesthetic with consistent signs of tasteful aging throughout. The radium lume Arabic numerals have taken on a beige and dark grey patina and display no degradation when inspected under UV light. The original radium blued-steel hands accent the dial beautifully and show some oxidation, the lume shows no degradation under UV light inspection. The red center seconds hand matches the red printing of the inner 24-hour timing scale to complete the watch.

None. The watch is functioning correctly and keeping time, previous service history is unknown. A movement service can be purchased upon request.
