Up for grabs is a Rolex Submariner in steel

2.6 mil serial number circa early 1970 production

Very good vintage condition case with legible numbers.

Dial is an excellent MK4 variant, correct for the serial number range. Very nice, vivid cream patina on plots and hands. No relume, no refinish.

Caseback is original, stamped 1680 and dated I.70 inside.

Bezel insert is from the 80’s with fat fonts and tritium pearl.

The bracelet is Rolex 9315 with 11 links, 380 ends, No date code.

No box or papers. No service history is known, but the watch runs very well showing +1 seconds with ~280 amplitude.
