Case: Very nice vintage condition case in 18K yellow gold that has nicely aged to a rosy hue. The bezel is decorated with the 'Clous de Paris' finish adding a kind of coin edge finish. Case numbers on the case back are crisp and fully intact. The corwn bears a Sapphire cabochon

Dial: Very nice white dial with Roman hour track and innder minute track. The dial is signed Piaget and bears the rare Iraqi Coat of Arms and 'Saddam' signed in Arabic language
