For sale is an excellent condition solid 18 karat yellow gold 20mm by 22mm Piaget Protocol Small Size Clous De Paris Finish. The 41547 was originally produced sometime during the 1970s, and is not accompanied by box or papers.

The Protocol features a yellow gold case with a rare facotry hobnail Clous de Paris textured finish, and is mounted on its original black alligator strap that is secured by a solid 18 karat yellow gold buckle. The Piaget features a yellow gold Clous de Paris finished dial with polished yellow gold hands. The movement used in the 41547 is the manual wind Piaget caliber 4P1, which is running flawlessly.

Condition:
The case has been preserved with the hobnail finish remaining crisp and well defined, and has started to acquire a lovely rose colored oxidation on its gold components. The Alligator strap appears to have been worn sparingly, and is free of any overly noticeable signs of previous wear with virtually no creasing. Overall the Piaget is in excellent vintage condition and is a well preserved example of a Protocol Small Size which just happens to contain a rare factory Clous de Paris hobnail finis.
