The 1601 Datejust is an everyday vintage watch. At 36mm it does not get in the way of shirt cuffs or pesky sleeves yet has enough presence to stand out. This 1601 has an unusual silver dial with vertically brushed lines. This dial is similar to the silver brushed dials like on the 1016 Milgauss.
