This 1978 model features a rare **Coral** dial, manufactured by Stern Frères in the early 1970s using a new ultrasonic cutting technique. With its woodgrain-like texture and bright orange hue, this stone dial offers depth and a unique contrast to the yellow gold case.

The hallmarks visible on the caseback represent an owl, and on the buckle, a weevil, a sign that this piece was imported into France for its original sale.

Condition
This Rolex Lady Datejust is in excellent condition.

The case has been repolished in the past and is in very good condition with only a few micro-scratches and wear marks. The case back is excellent and shows a few fine scratches from use.

The dial is superb, with no flaws or cracks. The original hands are in very good condition.

The movement works very well (250° | +4 s/d). We have no service history.

The Jubilee bracelet has 21 links, is in excellent condition and fits a wrist between 16.5 and 18.5cm. The buckle has a few scratches from use and is marked with a 1978 date code.
