2001 Rolex Submariner (Ref. 14060M) W/ Box & Papers

There are essentially two versions of the Rolex 14060M, known best to collectors as the 2-line dial and the 4-line dial. The main identifiable difference between the two is, well, the number of lines of text on the dial. The 2-line dial 14060M came first, and was in production from 2000-2008. The 4-line dial came into existence when Rolex submitted the cal. 3130 movement to COSC to be chronometer-certified, hence the "superlative chronometer officially certified" text that exists beneath the depth rating that gives the dial its two extra lines of text.

The earlier 2-line offering of the ref. 14060M is the very last incarnation of the dial design format put forth by the 5513, and is regarded by many as the last vintage or 'neo-vintage' Submariner available today. This specific example is offered as a full set and in excellent condition.

The excellent case retains thick and symmetrical lugs that show honest signs of previous use, with only light evidence of being previously polished present. The original bezel insert is in virtually flawless condition, showing no signs of use or age. The original Rolex 93150 Oyster bracelet with 501 B end pieces retains 10 links that show almost no stretch and will fit up to a 6.75-inch wrist. The bracelet comes will two additional links as well.

DIAL & HANDS

The original glossy black "2-line" dial with white gold surround markers is flawless, showing no damage or age. The super luminova lume on the dial and hands match and are in perfect condition.

ACCESSORIES

The watch comes with its original inner box, booklets, Rolex guarantee paper, and 2 additional bracelet links. The watch is keeping time perfectly, backed by our 1-year warranty on accurate timekeeping.
