This is a rare Patek Philippe Calatrava reference 3419. This reference came with either a mesh bracelet or removable lugs as is the case with this example. The original dial has developed creamy patina and pairs well with painted black hands. Patek Calatrava's in steel are rarer than gold and this example is quite lovely on the wrist.
