This is a lovely Patek Philippe reference 3745! This example has a striking blue dial with factory diamond markers and a factory diamond bezel. The watch has a textured 18k white gold bracelet and manual wind movement. Most bracelet watches like this have small cases but this has a nice 34mm case making it suitable for most collectors. The bracelet fits a 7-7.25 inch wrist. The condition is excellent and the watch is quite striking on the wrist!
