The Maxi Oval is one of the most bold and controversial statements of wristwatch design. What with its extremely hyperbolic case length and its contoured Roman numeral dial, these traits combined with its ribbed bezel amplifies an already conspicuous watch through the roof.

Bueche Girod is a brand steeped in mystery, emerging as a house of great opulence and excess in the post war era. The brand were known to share case manufacturing, designs and movements with Cartier.
