Here we have an art-deco Ulysse Nardin cocktail watch in platinum with diamonds, in a hexagonal motif.

The 16x21mm hexagon case is adorned by single cuts on its bezel with a lovely milgrain around the boarders, one baguette cut at each end (12 and 6) and hand engraved scroll work on its sides.

The outside of the hinged caseback bears a hand engraved serial number and “Platine” mark within the slightly worn scrollwork engravings. Inside is the old swiss platinum stamp as well as an elusive “hammer with handle” poinçon 👀

Inside runs a manual wind Ulysse Nardin N55 signed movement.

The bracelet is adorned by full cut diamonds in the hexagonal links, straight intermediary links, and even the clasp. For added security a gold safety chain was added at some point during its life but can always be removed if needed.

The total length is just shy of 7 inches and total diamond weight has been calculated at 1.5 carats.
