This particular ref. 5391 features a "tonneau" style 18k yellow gold case and houses a stunning "tigers eye" stone dial. We would argue that any stone dial from the "Holy Trinity" (AP, Patek Philippe & Vacheron Constantin) is a special find. The dial is completely mint and devoid of any cracks and the case has remained in fantastic vintage condition with no signs of polishing. This piece comes accompanied by its original 18k AP signed pin buckle as well as original AP strap in glossy black gator.
