Other - Bovet "Salmon" Dial Chronograph - Very Rare
Produced in the 1940s, this Bovet chronograph represents a striking blend of early Swiss tool watch aesthetics and refined design. Housed in a 35mm chrome-plated case over base metal, with a stainless steel caseback, the watch wears slightly larger on the wrist thanks to its long lugs and 12mm thickness. The highlight of this piece is undoubtedly its "salmon" dial - a desirable tone among vintage collectors—featuring a beautifully aged two-register layout, blued hands, and crisp printed scales including a tachymeter and minute track. With its balanced proportions and undeniable vintage charm, this Bovet captures the golden era of mid-century chronograph design, all in a package that remains understated and rare.
Dial: Excellent preservation for a watch of this era. There are no distracting areas of wear and the radium lumed indices remain intact.

Case: Normal signs of use consistent with age. Pushers and signed crown appear correct. Bracelet: Two piece grained leather strap in blue.
Crystal: No chips or cracks. It can be further buffed for added clarity if desired.
