Cartier - Cartier Ceinture "Paris" 78099 - *Unpolished*
Cartier are best known for their design focused offerings from watches to jewelry with a focus on luxury and elegance. The Ceinture (meaning belt in French) was created to resemble a belt buckle and was only produced for a relatively short time during the 1970s. Because of this, finding a great example is more difficult than finding a Tank which was produced in larger quantities.
This particular Ceinture features a "Paris" signed dial with hidden signature at 7 o-clock. This piece has remained in stunning vintage condition for a Cartier of this era with a sharp unpolished case. The dial is also fantastic with very light hairlines and no distracting wear to the naked eye. It comes accompanied with a blue gator Cartier strap and Cartier gold plaque pin buckle as well as Cartier service pouch for storage and travel. It’s difficult to outdo the charm of a Ceinture on wrist and this piece is a true collector grade example.
