Beautiful creme/caramel dial Cartier Santos Galbée 187901 in unpolished condition. The case is unpolished and in good condition, it shows light signs of wear but no more than that, the screws are polished as well as the bevels, while case and bracelet are brushed, correct finish. The bracelet has next to no stretch and looks very good too. The dial is the star of the show, you rarely see such an amazing patina on a Galbée dial.. here we do! Mid brown caramel colour.
