One of the all time classics in the catalogue of la Maison and certainly one of the most beautiful designs: Cartier Tank Louis ref. 78086 with the slightly chunkier case due to the cal. 78-1 manual wind movement and a beautiful glossy “Paris” signed dial, possibly changed in a recent service. the case is in very nice condition with only light scratches, it appears to be unpolished.
