Jordanian Royalty

We love watches that show significant provenance and being in the Middle East we observe that Governments were very generous when caring for gifts for their families, Militaries, Political leaders and affiliates. Many world known brands issued special commemorative dials on special order, Rolex, Patek Philippe, Universal Geneva just to name a few. Cartier is one of the brands that hasn't done many of these special commemorative watches we have only seen a handful examples with logos on the dial. Collectors appreciate these very small Editions and they are not easy to find.

We have her a very rare Cartier Must de Cartier Vermeil in 30mm which is the largest size they have done on this model. The case is in 925 Sterling Silver and has a gold plating which shows signs of patina/oxidation from storage. The movement is Quartz powered. The dial is beautiful, a deep wine red color lacquered dial as seen on some Santos models from the time. The print is in gold, minimalistic to the logo itself and at 6 o'clock we see the Royal Jordanian crown. This very small detail boosts the rarity on this watch and bearing a crown on a Cartier gives it a really exclusive look and feel. The watch comes on a bordeaux Cartier leather strap and gold plated Cartier pin buckle.

A very rare and beautiful watch that definitively goes through as unisex. Very interesting for Cartier collectors and collectors of watches with Middle Eastern logos.
