Cartier - Colisée Yellow gold & diamonds - 1991 (papers)
The Cartier "Colisée" presents a bold new look in contrast to the Cartier codes, which excelled in shaped watches. Original with its round case and integrated horizontal lugs, it can be an alternative to the more classic and simple models of the Maison.
The Colisée was released in the Must range, but also in 18-carat gold. This is indeed the case with this model. A classic version that isn't so classic despite its white dial, black Roman numerals, and blued hands: the vertical lugs are set with twenty round diamonds, and the crown is adorned with a round diamond set pointing upwards.
A significant detail for comfort and aesthetics, this piece features an 18-carat yellow gold folding clasp. The quartz movement makes it very practical for everyday wear.
Finally, this Cartier Colisée comes with a copy of its 1991 Cartier warranty certificate and its purchase invoice.
