A Patek Philippe ref. 3948 in 18k yellow gold — a rare, early example with ivory lacquer dial and small seconds. Powered by the Geneva Seal caliber 215, hand-finished and manually wound. The larger Ellipse case wears slim and refined, paired with the original Patek alligator black strap and Patek-signed buckle.
