IWC Schaffhausen - IWC Mark XII - IW3241 - Full Set / *Unpolished*

The genesis of the IWC Mark line begins in the 1930s when the brand emerged as a visionary force, crafting the very essence of what a pilot's timepiece should embody. In an ever-shrinking world, propelled by the marvels of aviation, pilots demanded watches of uncompromising caliber. The stakes were high, and these timepieces needed to endure the harshest of challenges - from the extremes of temperature to magnetic forces and relentless vibrations. The mandate was clear: absolute precision and unwavering durability were imperative. A testament to the relentless pursuit of excellence and a symbol of reassurance for those who dared to explore the skies.

The Mark XII is arguably one of the most coveted iterations due to its highly wearable and discreet proportions. At 36mm the case fits perfectly for active wear in the field and this example comes with the desirable "beads of rice" bracelet which is extremely comfortable on the wrist. This piece also remains in fantastic neo-vintage condition with a mint dial and handset that have aged to an attractive "buttermilk" patina. To boot, the case also remains unpolished and this set comes delivered as a full set, making it a true collector's gem.
