Mido - Mido Multicenter Chrono black dial in Stainless steel

The Mido Multi-Centerchrono, born in 1945, stands out as one of the most fascinating mechanical chronographs ever made. Instead of cluttered subdials, it uses two central sweep hands. One for seconds and one for minutes, powered by Mido’s modified Valjoux “Cal. 1300.” The jet black center disc accents the vibrant red indices, and operates via the distinctive turbine pushers also seen on the Patek 1463.

This particular piece is in excellent vintage condition: the caramel and cream gilt dial shows only gentle patina from radium lume settling. Anti-magnetic features like the inner movement ring and dust cap ensure it’s as reliable as it is elegant.
