1960s Hamilton Chronograph (Ref. 7723) Silver "Panda" Dial W/ Box & Papers

Hamilton was founded in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1882 and initially specialized in producing pocket watches. The brand boasts a long and impressive history of breakthroughs in design and technology, and while probably best known for their military associations and fantastic field watches, they've put out some really remarkable outliers as well, like this gorgeous ref. 7723.

Featuring a silver sunburst "panda" dial that is in remarkable condition, plus a Valjoux cal. 7730 manual-wind movement beating within, this is a killer piece with serious Heuer Carrera vibes at a fraction of the price.

CASE & BRACELET

The impressive stainless steel case appears to remain unpolished, showing strong case dimensions and minimal signs of use. The case retains its original pump pushers and Hamilton-signed crown. The screw-down case back remains in great overall condition. The Hamilton stainnless steel "fish scale" style bracelet also remains in excellent condition and will fit up to a 7 1/2-inch wrist with almost no stretch present.

DIAL & HANDS

The silver sunburst dial with black sub-dials is in virtually flawless vintage condition, with no elements of age or wear present. The tritium lume plots have taken on a lovely golden-yellow coloration and exhibit no degradation under UV light inspection. The original tritium hands have aged have aged to match the dial perfectly, and show no lume loss or degradation under UV light inspection.

ACCESSORIES

The watch comes with its original Hamilton inner and outer boxes, instruction pamplet, and Hamilton guarantee paper with remains unfilled out. The watch is keeping time perfectly, backed by a 1-year warranty on accurate timekeeping.
