A lot of watch in a little package, this Leuba Louis packs a real punch for its size.

A seldom seen brand, but known by those who appreciate the oddities Leuba Louis was known for avant-garde designs often utilizing sterling silver cases and stone dials.

This piece is cased in gold plated sterling silver, AKA vermeil, giving it the appearance of gold but at silver’s price point. The case has grown a wonderful patina but if you’d enjoy it more in its original gold-tone a polishing cloth will take it off quite easily without it being considered “polished”.

Inside runs a manual wound swiss movement seemingly untouched as the case doesn’t appear to have ever been opened.

The Tiger’s eye dial showcases its chatoyancy quite well in the sunlight, and is free of cracks.
