Here's a vintage Patek Philippe reference 2484 in 18k yellow gold manual wind with a champagne dial from the 1950s. Measurements include a 33mm case and 16mm lug width. On an aftermarket brown leather strap. Time only and sub seconds at 6 o’clock. Matching stick hands and hour markers. There is some oxidation around the case as seen in photos. All parts including the crown, dial, movement, and caseback are original.
