Here's a vintage ladies Patek Philippe Ellipse manual wind in 18K yellow gold with a blue sunburst dial from the 1980s. Factory diamond bezel. Keeps great time and is fully functional. Measurements include a 23x28mm case across and an integrated bracelet (signed clasp) that fits up to a 6 inch wrist (fits a smaller wrist). There is a knot/ rope braid finishing and texture on both the bezel and bracelet. Sigma dial at 6 a clock indicates that the hands and hour markers are made of gold. Matching stick hands and hour markers. Yellow gold case and bracelet.
