The Patek Philippe Ellipse is probably among the most iconic watches from the 1970s and 1980s.
The signature case shape  stands for elegance and style. The Ellipse was produced in a universe of configurations, diamond settings and bracelets, worn by not less but the late Queen of England.

Here we have a very nice example of a Ladies Ellipse in white gold and fitted with original diamond setting on the bezel.

Further the blue sunburst dial is also fitted with diamonds to match the case. the watch comes on the original Patek Philippe Crocostrap still retaining the white gold pin buckle.

Case: Excellent white gold case that doesn't show much wear from age. The bezel is free of any major wear, case back hallmarks crisp and fully intact. Blue Sapphire Cabuchon on the crown is present and in good condition
