Here’s a Piaget Emperador reference 75743 in 18k yellow gold quartz champagne dial with factory red rubies on the lugs from the 1980s. Measurements include a 34mm case and 18mm lug width. On its original black alligator leather strap and signed gold buckle. Dauphine hands. Very similar shape to the polo. We have never seen this example with a factory ruby set.
