Piaget - Piaget Protocole 9154 - Onyx Stone Tapestry Dial - *Unpolished*

With the rise in popularity of Cartier in recent years, values for the brand have of course risen. For many, the barrier of entry into a simple 18k Tank Louis at the 5 digit level has become less justifiable. Naturally, collectors have been seeking value and as of late have re-discovered Piaget's vintage offerings. It should also be noted that Piaget's ultra thin 9P movement was leveraged for most of these pieces, as well as in many of the pre-CPCP and CPCP Cartier! Launched in 1957, it was a major development for the brand's history. At 2mm, it was the thinnest manual-wind caliber produced to date.

This Protocole features a gorgeous onyx stone and gold tapestry dial. The dial is mint and devoid of any cracks or chips. If you've been looking to add a great conversation dress piece, this example remains in fantastic vintage condition with and unpolished case and is ready for cocktail parties for years to come.

Dial: Wonderful preservation with no chips or cracks. Hands: Are matching.
Case: Still very sharp with distinct hallmarks. Honest signs of use consistent with age. No notable dings or dents. Correct unsigned crown. Bracelet: 18k Piaget signed buckle and high quality two piece lizard strap.
Crystal: Clear.

The movement is running nicely on our timegrapher and comes with our 1 year mechanical warranty.
