If you are UG fan, you must have noticed the recent craze with the tropical Polerouter. The tropical effect on a glossy lacquered dial can be really mesmerizing If you lucky enough to find one. For a little bit more than the price of a common Datejust, you will have something really exclusive and genuinely rare.

The one featured here is a 34mm ref 204503-2BD. A very rare reference from 1959 that was produced less than 800 examples.
The dial has developed a very nice tropical color with very smooth gradient going from dark brown to burgundy.
Despite the years, the case appears to be unpolished and keeps all the structures of the original design.
The watch still has its original crown and signed plexi. The reference and serial numbers are still visible on the caseback.
The micro rotor 215-2 has been serviced, is beating strong and keeping excellent time.

The watch comes with it’s original Gay Frères signed elastic bracelet, with genuine 18mm UG end links. Price can be discussed without the bracelet as well.
