Movado - *RARE* 1930s Movado Tempograf | Breguet Numbers | Ref. 19006 Cal. M90

Easily one of the rarest chronographs Movado ever made, this piece is a true unicorn. With fewer than a dozen known to exist, it stands out as one of the brand’s most elusive creations. Patented in the early 1930s, the Tempograf has become a holy grail for seasoned collectors, and for good reason. Its scarcity, innovation, and history make it something truly special.

These watches almost never surface on the market, and when they do, they command a serious premium. This particular example shows signs of a well-lived life: the dial has developed a light, even patina and some worn sides, a gentle reminder of its nearly 90-year journey.

When we found it, it was missing its original caseback, too special a piece to leave behind, we decided to save it. Our in-house watchmaker crafted a perfectly fitting replacement, true to the original design. This isn’t just a rare piece, it’s a chronograph meant to be worn, loved, and appreciated all over again.

The watch has received a full service.
