This is a lovely Patek Philippe reference 3440 with a rare Tiffany retailed dial. This reference has the stunning 27-460 self-winding movement and double PP crown. The watch is from the 1960's and has excellent proportions with the downturned lugs. The original dial does have stains and scratches throughout but remains attractive and is priced accordingly.
