The Classic Lady Datejust

The Datejust is probably the most popular Rolex today, launched in the mid 1940s the brand DNA is ankered in the Oyster case with fluted bezel. The Datejust is a watch that goes with anything, from casual outfit to a Black tie attire, the watch that always looks good.

Ladies love Datejusts, especially in steel and gold as they will go with most types of jewellery. Most vintage Datejusts for ladies comes in 26mm as this was the most popular size but there are also some in 31mm case diameter which feel a little more contemporary.

The probably most popular configuration of a Ladies Datejust is the two tone version with fluted bezel and Jubilee bracelet. Exactly this version is offered here, this time in the very uncommon 31mm size. The watch is overall in mint condition and showing only very little wear from age. The bracelet is tight and crisp, its not possible to see the 38 years of age for this watch.

Case: Excellent two tone case that has been recently polished and is not showing much wear from age. The lugs remain straight and even with sharp edges and crisp case numbers inbetween. The fluted bezel is equally in excellent condition.
Bracelet/Strap: Excellent matching and tight Jubilee bracelet showing only very little wear from age.
Dial: Excellent Silver baton dial. All lume dots are present and matching the hands.
