The reference 1804 represents a very special model reference in the 4-digit Day Date era. The rarest of the rarest dial variants have been configured with the 1804 reference such as Geometric, Guilloche, Stella and special Diamond dials and dials that were exclusively made for the Middle East. The reference stands for a precious metal case with factory set diamond bezel and has been around since the early 1960s.

Case: Excellent platinum case that is showing some wear from age. The lug remain well defined with clear case numbers inbetween. The factory bezel is well preserved and not showing any major dents. There is a larger but not that visible dent between 8 and 9 o clock on the left case side.
Bracelet/Strap: Original, matching and well preserved Platinum President bracelet that is showing moderate stretch from age.
Dial: Excellent Silver dial with applied Arabic Hindi numerals and Arabic calendar discs. The numerals show lght oxidation on the upper side. The lume plots have all deteriorated and only show light traces present.
