Rolex - Rolex Oysterdate 6294 w/ "Honeycomb" Dial & Roulette Date
On offer is a beautiful and simple Rolex Oysterdate, circa 1950s with roulette date wheel which flips from red to black. Any "honeycomb" style dial is nice for its texture and depth and this particular one has taken on a nice warm patina. Overall, nice vintage condition on this example which offers plenty of character. This piece actually had its entire mid-case replaced by Rolex in service which is not super common to come across. If you've been looking for an affordable Rolex and appreciate a more true vintage aesthetic, the Oysterdate can be a practical choice for those who prefer something versatile yet understated.
