This faithful re-issue was limited to just 150 pieces and features an extra slim case of solid platinum, measuring 23x46mm. The off-white dial captures the vintage charm of the original design from 1921, to stay true to this design Cartier even left off the ‘Swiss Made’ text on the dial, which is something they never do these days. Also a nod to the past Cartier is utilizing a JLC based ultra thin manually wound movement in the caliber 9780 MC to accommodate the slim curved case. All in all this is a perfect and true re-issue by Cartier and certainly one of the best in recent history.
