Circa 1960s Ultra Flat Vacheron Constantin in 18k yellow gold. VC Calibre 1003 manual-wind housed inside.

This case is insanely thin at less than 5mm thickness, complemented by hard to find "droplet" lugs and a subtle lacquer dial.

Condition analysis:

The case remains in good shape with hallmarks visible. The dial has considerable wear/aging (oxidation and lacquer cracking).
