A vintage Vacheron Constantin 222 ref. 46003 dating to the early 1980s. Featuring a stainless steel case measuring 34mm with rare brushed silver dial. This watch is in all original condition showing signs of wear consistent with its age. There are minor blemishes and marks on the case and dial which are visible in specific lighting and at certain angles. The watch is very charming and understated with its monochromatic look making it extremely versatile. The midsize case measures 43mm lug to lug and wears very well, particularly for those with smaller wrists under 7”. The slim case measures just 7.5mm made possible by the Vacheron cal. 1124 automatic movement with quickset date. The 222 has become a cult classic over the years and this watch is both a rare and honest example.
