Extremely rare and early Jaeger Chronograph dating to the late 1930s. This watch was produced for the French market and features a solid 18k gold case measuring 35mm, a lovely untouched dial, boasting a warm even patina and houses a Universal Geneve Cal. 285 manually wound chronograph movement. This watch has such a beautiful and unique look, the perfect aesthetic for a true vintage chronograph. At almost 90 years old this watch is in great condition as you can see in the detailed photographs. It wears incredibly well on the wrist but the dial and heat blued hands are what make it truly sing. I especially love the font of the Arabic ‘12’ which was also found on UGs and UG based Zentih’s from the same period.
