Cartier - Vintage Tank Cornice ‘Bec D’Aigle’ Case Circa 1934
A super cool vintage Cartier Tank Cornice with bec d’aigle lugs and London inventory number. Featuring a solid 18k yellow gold case measuring 20x33mm. This watch was originally produced in 1934 confirmed by its matching serial number ‘28731’ which is located on the caseback as well as inside the case under the bezel. The watch was restored by Cartier in the 1970s with a ‘Paris’ signed dial and a Cartier cal. 78-1 movement, both of which are indicative of that period. The watch is being offered on a black strap with a genuine vintage Cartier pin buckle. This watch wears incredibly well and the versatile size is perfect for either a man or a woman.
