A beautiful Cartier Tank Louis ref. 78086. This early example dates to the mid 1970s and features an original Mk2 dial & crown in the classically sized 23x30mm case of solid 18k yellow gold with manually wound cal. 78-1 movement. This watch also comes with its original deployant buckle and has just retuned from full service of the movement.
